ReelQueue Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReelQueue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReelQueue is a content scheduling and AI video creation platform that allows users to create, manage, and publish short-form video content to social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to ReelQueue. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing to your connected social media accounts).

AI-generated content created through ReelQueue is owned by you, the user who initiated the generation.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented to you before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any failed or delayed social media posts, content loss, or third-party platform changes that affect the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
