1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Social media credentials — OAuth tokens for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn that you grant us to publish content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
• Content — videos, images, titles, descriptions, and scheduling preferences you provide.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve ReelQueue's services.
• To schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
• To generate AI-powered video content based on your inputs.
• To send you service-related communications (account verification, scheduling confirmations).
• To respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google), TikTok, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn (Microsoft) to publish content. When you connect your accounts, you authorize these platforms to share limited profile information with us. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.

We use cloud infrastructure providers (AWS/Google Cloud) to store and process your content securely.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and subscriptions. Both are provided by Google and set cookies in your browser.

When you are signed in, we share your email address with Google Ads in hashed form so Google can match a sign-up or subscription to an ad you clicked. Google may also use this data to show ReelQueue ads to you on other sites. We never share your content or social media credentials with advertisers.

If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these cookies stay off and no data is shared with Google for advertising until you click Accept all in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are revoked when you disconnect a social media account.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Disconnect your social media accounts at any time.
• Export your content and scheduling data.
• Delete your account entirely.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure token storage, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
